1. ENGAGEMENT MODELS

EMBEDDED OPERATOR

For founders who need a right hand on operations.

We become part of your team on a fractional or interim basis, typically on a multi-month retainer. We join your standups, prepare board materials, lead vendor calls, and own the operational layer of your business. This is the right model when you need senior operational capacity without hiring a full-time COO or operations lead.

Typical engagement: 3–12 months, 2–4 days per week.

PROJECT MANDATE

For a specific outcome with a defined timeline.

You bring us a clear deliverable — a treasury migration, an entity restructuring, a banking stack overhaul, an operations audit — and we execute against a fixed scope, fixed timeline, and fixed fee. This is the right model when you know exactly what needs to be done and want it handled cleanly without long-term commitment.

Typical engagement: 4–12 weeks, scope-based pricing.

SETUP SPRINT

For new ventures and structural rebuilds.

In four to eight weeks, we stand up the entire operational foundation of a new venture or restructure an existing one: entity formation, banking, treasury, core processes, and reporting infrastructure. You leave the sprint with a fully functional back office — and clear documentation of how it works.

Typical engagement: 4–8 weeks, fixed-fee package.

2. THE PROCESS

Step 1: Written Introduction

Every engagement begins with a written introduction — via our contact form, LinkedIn, or Telegram. We ask new prospects to start in writing so we can come prepared and give the most thoughtful response possible.

Step 2: Initial Assessment

Within 2–3 business days of your inquiry, you receive a personal reply with our initial assessment of your situation. If we see a clear fit, we suggest a call to go deeper. If we don’t, we tell you honestly — and often point you toward someone better suited.

Step 3: Discovery Call

A 30-minute call to discuss your situation in detail. By this point we both already know whether there is a meaningful fit, so the conversation focuses on scope, expectations, and how we would actually work together. No pitch, no sales pressure.

Step 4: Scope and Engagement

Within a few days of the call, you receive a written proposal: the scope of work, the engagement model, the timeline, and the commercial terms. Everything in writing, nothing ambiguous.

Step 5: Onboarding

Once we agree to work together, onboarding takes about one week. We sign NDAs, exchange access to relevant tools and accounts, set up secure communication channels, and align on the first 30 days of priorities.

Step 6: Execution

We deliver. You receive regular updates — weekly written summaries for retainer engagements, milestone-based reporting for projects. You always know what is happening, what is next, and what needs your attention. No surprises, no chasing.
