Operational Partnership for International Founders
We are a small, senior operations team based in Europe and working globally. We support international founders and entrepreneurs behind the scenes — as an extension of the management team, not as an external agency.
Our clients are tech companies expanding into new jurisdictions, crypto-native businesses with complex treasury setups, and real estate operators with cross-border portfolios. They all share one thing in common: they operate across borders, currencies, and legal frameworks — and they need someone who can consolidate that complexity.
Our working languages are German, English, Russian, and Latvian, which regularly makes the difference when contracts, banks, and authorities don’t share a common one. We move confidently between fiat and crypto, between the boardroom and the notary’s office.
